Cookeyah Summer Giveaway!
From July 12th, 2012 to August 31st, 2012.
The contest starts July 12th, 2012 at noon and ends August 31st, 2012. at noon, Eastern time. The draw will take place in the week following the closing of the promotion. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 24 hours following the draw. The winner’s name will be published on our Facebook page and on www.swakes.com. Delivery could take up to 4 weeks depending upon availability
1 - ELIGIBILITY
This Summer Giveaway is open to anyone aged eighteen (18) years or older at the time of the giveaway. Contest is open to anyone who likes the Cookeyah Facebook page.
2 - HOW TO ENTER
2.1 To participate, simply fill out the registration form accessible from the third-party application SWAKES on Facebook Platform and/or at the URL address: www.swakes.com
You can also access the application via a website and/or a web page located at the following URLs:
http://www.facebook.com/Cookeyah.PasswordBank. When you register you must follow the instructions. Promotional information and invitation for this Giveaway can also be displayed/posted on your personal page (wall) and posted/broadcast on the Facebook news feeds of your friends. You then will get an entry.
2.2 This promotion, Cookeyah Summer Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the "group" and not to Facebook.
2.3 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Even if you need to have an online access and an email account and use the third-party application for social network SWAKES to enter the contest, no purchase are necessary to enter.

2.4 LIMITED ENTRY
A limit of one (1) entry per participant per valid email address or valid Facebook account for the duration of the contest will be accepted and that, regardless of method of entry.
2.5 IDENTITY If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address or Facebook account used at the time of entry will be determined as the participant. The person to whom an email address or a Facebook account has been assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted email address or Facebook identity provide is considered the authorized account holder. Through this contest, when used in this regulation, the term "registration" is collectively referred to the original entry and entries by reference.

Promotional information and invitation to participate in this contest will be displayed/posted on your personal page (wall) and posted/broadcasted on the Facebook news feed of your friends. Every time one of your friends register through your registration 'message' displayed on your personal page (wall) or posted on the Facebook news feeds, you will automatically receive one (1) entry by reference per valid email address or valid Facebook account registered to this Contest, if the holder participates in this contest in accordance with this Regulation.

4. CLAIMING THE PRIZES
4.1 A representative of the Cookeyah Summer Giveaway will contact the winners by email or Facebook account provided at registration within 2 hours of the draw to inform how to claim the prize. In the event the representative of the Sweepstakes organizer is unable to contact the winner within 48 hours following the draw, then the organizer of the Sweepstakes will be released from any obligation to the person not joined, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to select by random another eligible entrant as a potential prize winner. Proof of legal age will be required before delivery of the prize.
