The Sweepstakes starts October 5, 2012 at 12 :00pm and ends October 19, 2012 at 6:00pm Eastern time. The draw will take place in the week following the closing of the promotion. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 2 hours following the draw. The winner’s name will be published on the sponsor’s Facebook page and on www.swakes.com. Delivery could take up to 6 weeks depending upon availability.

6 CLAIMING OF PRIZE
6.1 Prize must be accepted as awarded. NO SUBSTITUTION OF PRIZE IS PERMITTED EXCEPT BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ANOTHER PRIZE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE, IF A PRIZE CAN NOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED FOR ANY REASON. THE PRIZE IS NON-TRANFERABLE AND IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH OR CREDIT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
6.2 The refusal of a person selected as the winner to accept the Prize or any part thereof, as provided for in this Regulation releases the Sweepstakes organizers from any obligation related to prize or that portion of prize to that person.
