The Sweepstakes « UNIF X Wasteland "Wasted" Collab Tee Giveaway» is hosted by «LIVEFASTMAG.COM» (The "Sponsor") and takes place in the U.S.. The Sweepstakes starts October 20, 2012 at 12 :00pm and ends November 11, 2012 at 6:00pm Eastern time. The draw will take place in the week following the closing of the promotion. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 2 hours following the draw. The winner’s name will be published on the sponsor’s Facebook page and on www.swakes.com. Delivery could take up to 6 weeks depending upon availability.

For the purposes of the Sweepstakes, the "group" is composed of the Sponsor, vendors of equipment and services related to this Sweepstakes, LIVEFASTMAG.COM or any other company, partnership, sole proprietorship or other legal entity directly related to the Sweepstakes and their employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Group").

You then will get an entry.

A limit of one (1) entry per participant per valid email address or valid Facebook account for the duration of the Sweepstakes will be accepted and that, regardless of method of entry.
3.6 IDENTITY If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address or Facebook account used at the time of entry will be determined as the participant. The person to whom an email address or a Facebook account has been assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted email address or Facebook identity provide is considered the authorized account holder. The odds that a participant's entry is selected depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.
4 PRIZE(S)
4.1 Two lucky winners will own a UNIF x Wasteland "Wasted" Tee, a $166 value each.
5 The winners will receive: THE PRIZE(S) described above.
5.1 There will be two (2) random draw sper prize among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period. The first entrant selected will be declared the winner of the 1st prize, the second entrant selected will be declared the winner of the 2nd prize.
5.2 A representative of the Sweepstakes organizer will contact the winners by email or Facebook account provided at registration within 2 hours of the draw to inform how to claim the prize. In the event the representative of the Sweepstakes organizer is unable to contact the winner within 48 hours following the draw, then the organizer of the Sweepstakes will be released from any obligation to the person not joined, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to select by random another eligible entrant as a potential prize winner. 6 CLAIMING OF PRIZE
6.1 Prize must be accepted as awarded. NO SUBSTITUTION OF PRIZE IS PERMITTED EXCEPT BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ANOTHER PRIZE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE, IF A PRIZE CAN NOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED FOR ANY REASON. THE PRIZE IS NON-TRANFERABLE AND IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH OR CREDIT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
6.2 The refusal of a person selected as the winner to accept the Prize or any part thereof, as provided for in this Regulation releases the Sweepstakes organizers from any obligation related to prize or that portion of prize to that person.
6.3 To get the prize, selected entrant must first, in addition to meeting the Sweepstakes eligibility criteria and comply with the Official Rules (the "Winner"):
